Ad Cropper

Marketing

Crop creatives to standard ad placements fast.

Loading tool…

Ad Cropper resizes a creative into the standard display placements without opening a design tool. Drop in the artwork, check the framing for each format, and export the set — or add your own dimensions when a network asks for something non-standard, and the tool remembers them. Every crop is rendered in your browser, so client creative never gets uploaded to a third party just to be resized.

Frequently asked questions

What are the standard display ad sizes?

The ones that carry most inventory are the medium rectangle (300×250), leaderboard (728×90), half page (300×600), wide skyscraper (160×600), billboard (970×250) and the mobile banners (320×50 and 320×100). All of them are here, exported from a single creative.

Can I add a size a network asks for?

Yes. Enter any width and height and it joins the set, remembered on this device — which covers the non-standard placements that turn up in a media plan without warning.

How do I stop the logo being cropped off?

Use Fit rather than Fill and choose a background colour: the whole creative is kept and padded to the placement's shape instead of being cut to it. Fill is right for photographic art, Fit for anything with type or a logo near the edge.

Is client artwork uploaded anywhere?

No. Every crop is rendered in your browser, so unreleased campaign creative isn't handed to a third-party service just to be resized.
